WEB2APP is a trading name of Growthfast LTD.
This policy explains what personal data Growthfast LTD collects through web2app.ink and when providing the WEB2APP services, why we use it, who we share it with and what rights you have.
1. Who we are
Growthfast LTD (“Growthfast”, “we”, “us”) operates this website and provides the WEB2APP setup services described on it. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Our company details are shown at the top of this page.
2. Whose data this covers
- Website visitors.
- People who contact us — by email, Telegram, WhatsApp or another channel shown on this website.
- Clients and their representatives — directors, shareholders, beneficial owners and staff of the businesses we work for.
3. What we collect
When you visit this website
The website has no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies, and it has no forms. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data needed to deliver and protect the site: IP address, browser and device information, the pages requested and timestamps. See our Cookie Policy.
When you contact us
Your name, contact details (email address, phone number, Telegram or WhatsApp handle), company and app details, and the content of your messages.
When you become a client
- Identity and verification data — passport or ID card, proof of address, date of birth, nationality and, where a provider requires it, a photo or live video check.
- Company data — ownership structure, directors, shareholders and beneficial owners, and registration details.
- Business data — your app or product, website, business model, expected volumes and target countries.
- Billing data — invoices, payments to us and related correspondence.
We do not intentionally collect special category data. Identity documents may contain a photograph; we use it only for verification.
4. Why we use it and our legal bases
- To run and secure the website — our legitimate interests in a working, safe website.
- To answer enquiries and prepare quotes — steps you ask us to take before a contract, and our legitimate interests.
- To deliver the services you order — company formation, applications for business bank and electronic money accounts, applications for payment processing accounts, routing and payout set-up, and support — performance of our contract with you or your business.
- To meet legal obligations — tax, accounting, record-keeping and requests from authorities.
- To prevent fraud and misuse of our services, and to establish or defend legal claims — our legitimate interests.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
5. Who we share it with
- Providers that work for us, under contract and only on our instructions: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, content delivery and security), our email, messaging and document-storage tools, and our accountants and professional advisers.
- Third parties needed to deliver your order. They act as independent controllers under their own privacy policies:
- company formation and registered-office agents;
- corporate service providers, including nominee services where you order them;
- banks and electronic money institutions;
- payment service providers and acquirers;
- payment orchestration providers;
- public registries such as Companies House, which publishes certain company information.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
If you message us on Telegram or WhatsApp, those platforms also process your messages under their own terms.
6. International transfers
Some recipients are outside the United Kingdom — for example in the European Union, the United States or Hong Kong, depending on the jurisdictions and providers in your order. Where UK law requires it, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Some transfers are necessary to perform the contract you have asked for.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to an order — up to 24 months after our last contact.
- Client records — for as long as we provide the services and up to 6 years afterwards, to meet tax and accounting rules and the UK limitation period for claims. We keep them longer only where the law requires it.
- Technical logs held by Cloudflare — for Cloudflare's standard, short retention periods.
8. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- give you access to your personal data;
- correct or delete it;
- restrict its use;
- stop using it where we rely on legitimate interests;
- transfer it to you or another organisation.
Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
To use any of these rights, contact us on Telegram at @web2app_payments, on WhatsApp at +48 573 586 873 or by post to our registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113). We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
9. Security
We protect personal data with:
- encrypted connections (HTTPS);
- access limited to the people who need it — especially for identity documents;
- contracts that bind our providers to confidentiality.
10. Children
Our services are for businesses. They are not directed at anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with its date at the top.
12. Contact
